Today is the international yoga day. Yoga is one of the most prestigious part of our Indian culture. There are so many benefits of yoga like it keeps your body healthy, it keeps your internal body parts strong and healthy and it helps Asthamatic problems. Yoga is very important we should all do yoga if not everyday, then we could do 4 times a week. Yoga has no things that could harm us.
If you have pain anywhere in your body then with eating medicines, we should also do yoga. It will help you a lot and you will get a relief from pain. All people from old people to middle age to kids, we all should do yoga. Especially old people because they get problems in their body. Yoga will keep them fit. I even do yoga sometimes in a week and it helps me a lot. It gives you good feelings and throw out all bad thinking of your mind. What do you say? Do you do yoga, if not then start now.
