Electricity problem… No problem

Oh my god, this electricity problem is so irritating. Its summer vacation without electricity at home. Can you imagine what it means? Staying at home without air conditioner in this type of weather was very exhausting. I was really getting irritated and losing my temper.

Thanks to my grandparents who saved me. They could not help with the electricity problem but they helped me in coping with it. They asked me to get my board games and then we started playing them one by one.

First we played chess. It is a very good game to test your strategy making skills. My grandfather kept defeating me for not less then 20 times or so while playing chess. But during these 20 sessions I was learning all the tricks from him. And finally I could checkmate him. We also played ludo with my grandmother, grandfather and mom. I actually like playing snakes and ladders. We had so much fun playing both. We then played one of my favourite games which is carrom. I and my grandfather, grandmother and dad were playing it. We were playing in teams and me and my grandfather won most of the match we played.

Apart from board games my grandmother told me some stories. I even read books like Ramayana, Mahabharat with my grandmother. And offcourse I read my favourite books like chacha Choudhary, champak, etc. Last but not the least, the electricity could not affect the charm of summer vacations
