Recently, i read a biography of a football player which was of one of the most successful footballer right now who is Kylian Mbappe. There are many other biographies on different footballers but this was the first one that i read. And now i am writing a review on the book about the content, the cover page and everthing and after reading this i am sure that i will read more books of this series.
The cover page of this book was so beautiful that i urged to pick up this book and read it. It was a graphical representation of a football ground and Kylian Mbappe was standing there while shooting the football.
The chapter distribution was written as thedifferent stages of his life from childhood to how he got into different clubs and to his peak career, how he won the World Cup for France. I read it and they were small – small chapters so I didn’t thought that i have to read so much. They told about the family, his friends and about his career in this book. This book and story was so appealing that i started reading this book and didn’t even took a break.
Firstly it was all about childhood, mbappe was from a quite poor family but his football desire was quite good and he was very good in football. He joined Monaco club and his coach believed him and he did quite good in the league, then he slowly slowly got into the eyes of big clubs. Many clubs had debates between them just to sign Kylian Mbappe in their team, so through this achievement we can imagine that how much he excelled in his career at such a small age. When i saw this i was mesmerised and shocked that he became a big player and he was from a very poor family. Just because he had a skill from birth which was football. In this book it was also written that his idols were French big footballer like Zinedine Zidane, Patrick Viera and many other. He got into ligue 1 and did great then with the French national team he won the World Cup, the biggest tournament in the whole football world and this World Cup win happened in 2018 and this book was released a little bit back in the day so there is nothing about how he dominated the 2022 World Cup but Argentina won and how now he has signed up with the greatest football club of all time as per me, Real Madrid.
He is one of the most known footballers of all time and has scored over 400 goals and we are only talking about his senior career which was after 17 and 18 and he is now only 27 years old. So he scored more than 400 goals in just 10 years which looks like a long time but it isn’t. Most of his goals were for PSG (Paris Saint German) which was a club in which he stayed for the longest in his whole career till now. The fact that Kylian Mbappe’s primary idol was Cristiano Ronaldo, the greatest footballer of all time and now Mbappe has a realistic chance of breaking some of Ronaldo’s records is just amazing.
At the end i will suggest you all to read this book once, you will feel that you can’t think of not doing anything just because you are poor.
